A while ago I posted about me getting road paint all over my truck from city workers not doing their job. Well after fighting with the city about it and going through all the red tape since august they finally told me "we respectfully deny your claim" and proceeded to tell me to shove it up my ass. So now I have to pay 350 bucks out of pocket to fix my truck. which was ****ing MINT before this bullshit.

I thought about it. But then why? To lose and be out more money and headaches. I just so bummed:( They have the money and lawyers not me.

No you can't but you can get even. I figure a windshield in their truck is worth about 350. Its a fair trade. Smashy smashy!!!:beat

Getting even would be stealing something you could sell to recoup your losses.

the city where I live is getting really bad at photo radar and red light cams...and speed on green too. They fags set up in the bushes, they set up remote cameras....everything.

over the years I have paid 4000$ in photo radar and I am pretty pissed.

the city will get a surprise the next one I get.

regarding the damage to your truck. youre silly to not sue. If you dont want to front the suit and get a lawyer, file a small claim by yourself.

No sir I tried everything. First pressure washed to get the loose shit off. Then gasoline, laquer thinner, varsol, bug and tar remover. Nothing. This stuff dries like concrete. And its caked on the pics don't really show it. I managed to get most of it off the body but the fender flares and wheel wells are ****ed.

YES SMALL CLAIMS COURT BRO..i THINK IT ONLY COST 50 BUCKS ...after handing the papers too appear in court to whom ever. usually they or city will need a lawyer that alone will cost them 4 times more then too fix your truck and might just pay for your truck cause its cheaper then paying a lawyer

It's obviously their fault. I would sue as well. Maybe ask for $1000 or something, $350 for the paint and $650 for wasting your time.

Your in Ontario as well? This road revival bullshit that has been going on this year has been driving me bonkers. Thank you cocksuckers for making me take the long way to work all this summer and fall because you closed down a new random lane on the 401 every week, then tore up my entire road down to nothing, so I got a piece of gravel through my muffler. It was a rusty piece of shit anyways, but still was hoping to get another year out of it lol.

Hopefully you have lots of pictures and the truck is still obviously damaged, then take your story to the local media.
