i want to lose fat

iam on trt doses 200 mg tc,q10 days,iam 35 body fat over 20%,i cant get rid of those stubborn fats with tc 200mg q10 day,i eat very good i mean ,lean meat lot of good carbs and protein,,,i am new i wish i was able to reach some fat burner cycles,like anavar or masteron, anything to add my current test dose,,

More drugs aren't the answer. In order to lose bodyfat you need to run a calorie deficit...meaning you're burning more calories than you're eating.
1 lbs of stored bodyfat requires a 3500calories deficit. So eating good needs to be better.

1-eat frequently (every 3 hours) with protein in each meal
2-lower your carb intake
3-exercise more

start with that and see what happens

thanks for your reply but,i do everything lot of cardio 45 minutes a day ,and good diet,i have some stubborn fat does not want to go away,,my concern first time to add something aditional to my trt as fat burning ,ineed help

since may but i have secondary hypogonadism,but without trt i also produce around 450ugl,it is optioanl for me,i take aromasin to control e2,,but aromasin reduce too much estrogen with me,and gives me joint dryness,i wish i could run aromasin more but even if i take every 2 days still same,aromasin with trt helped me to lose lot of fat,not like anavar which i used in europe when i was younger for the same purpose,,in canada it is hard to get good anavar or,masteron,,little help may be,,

i sufered acne for more than 3 years even age after 30,,whic i did not have before that age,since puperty,,i tried everything but accutane,,,then some thing happened and cleared my 99% acne ,,what was it,,you would not believ if i told u,,solution came from very diffrent mechanism,,first u have to know what cause it,,

its just fine thanks, maybe you should read the log. Read the part were I say I suffered from acne for 7 years before I used steroids. Steroids didn't cause my acne. But thanks anyway.

ok,,same here but i started having acne after my estrogen went up to roof,,then i stated priscribed aromasin for estrogen control,,then fxxx ,all my acne went away,cause was estrogen,,

you need to play around with your diet before adding in more drugs to try to solve the problem. go keto or carb cycle.....or just do a tonne of cardio......

I agree, during PCT I have mild flare ups, probably because estrogen is dominate during that time.

i thin acne during pct camoes from like u say also from if u use clomid blood clotig effects,,clonid thickens the blood and so your skin is not able the recieve oxigen or more blood the renew it,nolvadex the same,

Please expand on this...post your diet here and we will help you lose fat.
My guess is you don't have a set diet.
Lots of clean food can make you fat still. lol
