And can anyone confirm if this compound is a banded substance?

I looked up this stuff and it is what I thought it is. Biotest couldn`t get this product to have a following and only advocate it for women as even high doses used for men in a superior liquid form didn`t work in the real world. I wouldn`t waste my money on this stuff.
