This is a problem I seem to just live with on cycle, but basically when Im on cycle making gains, my body is crampy 24/7.

The muscles that get it the worst would be forearms/bis, shoulders and quads. I can never extend my arm without my forearm going all tight and sometimes when im working out, my delts will be twitching like I have a "Dr. Ho's" hooked up to them...

I drink 2 liters of Gatorade while im working out, so its not an electrolite deficiency, I take 2 "Optimen" multis every day, and I down atleast 1/2 banana's a day, ontop I drink atleast 1.5-2 gallons of water. What else should I be trying? Its an annoying problem, it would be nice to feel "loose" once in a while without pulling a muscle every time I make a sudden movement.

I should add, I spend atleast 15-20 mins stretching after every workout, and im stretching throughout the entire day.

This problem doesnt exist unless Im doing a cycle.

I like 2, 5 gram amounts with my creatine split into 2 doses at Meal 1 and Meal 4 for me.

I add it into crystal lite.

Yup, taurine is your best bet.

taurine is a godsend.... I used to get such bad leg and back cramos that I couldnt move when I was doing some IGF and dbol, test and eq.

It was nuts. Taurine helped a fair bit, and potassium.

I know that people always say to take potassium. I used to get really bad cramps. I actually missed a few days of work because of them. I was eating 3-4 bananas everyday and since stopping eating bananas I haven't had a single cramp.

Bro! This is the start of what I went through when I eventually had went into kidney failure....check your BP! I was in the EXACT state--Like electromuscular stim was on me, especially in the middle of the night. Are you retaining water? My problems started from an AI not working.....then high BP/water retention, cramping, foamy piss---then kidney failure and pitting edema as a result .... may or may not be your case

I doubt it, I was getting this before I even touched gear when I would take creatine and put on a lot of size in a short period of time. Its just a lot worse now. I'll have my BP checked though, worth looking into, would explain not being able to sleep.

Hey CI, everything work out? Try a can of Soda Water at night if you still have the problems/ or cramps. It has Quinine in it-just monitor your Blood Pressure (which is something all of us should do, but probably don't. Chronic foamy urine is a classic sign if kidney problems....).

Cramps coincided with the Dbol I was taking on cycle... after about 2 weeks of no Dbol, cramps went away.

You totally meant to type that into an MSN chat window with your mom didnt you? Every once in a while I forget where my cursor is and I type the wrong thing into the wrong window.

Most likely as in most ahletes who cramp it is usually a sodium deficiency not potassium. Do NOT increase potassium levels unless you are certain it is a potassium deficiency...potassium controls cardiac output....too much is very dangerous. Normally it is not a potassium issue unless you are running some type of loop diuretic.
Even though you are drinking gatorade you wont replace enough sodium lost if you are deficient through the day. Taurine will help but if it is sodium you should do both. Tonic water not soda water is natural form of quinine...look for the sugar free stuff...it will also help. The underlying root cause should be addressed however...over trained muscles also have a tendency to cramp as well.
