Bell sucks now but may become worse as they are trying to get the CRTC to approve a monopoly.

i always look at my bill. If I didn't Rogers would have got at LEAST 1200$ from my over the past 2 years alone. There system is built in such a way that mistakes happen, but the mistakes are never in our favor. I am sure that 10% of their income comes from money that should never have been owed to them but unsuspecting users will never know the wiser.

Rogers has gone the same way with various prices for various speeds. But they all have down load caps with charges for going over.
Rogers has only gotten my bill right twice in the last two years. And I may have missed something on the two that looked right.
And, they tried to get me to sign on for a three year contract for all their services. I declined and let them know that I would find a new provider if they forced the issue.
Lets see... $50 for internet, 30 for home home 30 x 3 for 3 cell phones, 60 bucks for cable tv... No wonder I'm broke every month. On the other hand they treat me 'so well' as a loyal customer. :-P

I'm convinced Rogers is a criminal organization. I left that company after 4 months. They made mistakes on every single bill. Before I left I really turned the screws and they ended up paying me back more than they probably should have. It was such a huge waste of time though.

I like Shaw. There are cheaper services out there, but I have always found my connection to be excellent and when it's not, service is top notch and there's always someone out with 1 business day.
