Hey guys,

Anyone ever gotten any products from this company before and through bb.com?

Bought 3 Reset - AD got another 2 free (apparently), but i have never received these products. Been two months now and all I get is dicked around from their shitty customer service.

****en brutal. Going to have to do a charge back via Visa and that is a HUGE pain in the ass.

I was a tester for these guys a few years back. Not for this product but Leviathan. I found them easy to deal with at that time , but your going through bb.com arnt you ?

Regardless it's a shifty situation so hopefully you get what you want.

Ended up going through the website in the end - email with invoice was from palo alto.

I'm not to familiar with that product . Customs wouldn't have taken it would they ?

Not that i'm aware of no. Palo even told me they shipped 2x - but neither time they can provide a track...

I have ordered from bb.com twice. They screwed up the order on both occasions. They will never get another order from me.

Yeah, I've never had problems with BB.com's customer service.

once they forgot to include the 5lbs of whey in my order - I emailed them, and they promptly sent me the 5lbs, plus an extra 5lbs for my troubles. :)

Customs could deny entry of Reset-AD into Canada as Pregnenolone is considered a Schedule F drug by our good folks at Health Canada.

Really? Hmm, well don't I learn something new everyday. lol. Thanks for the info Sir. Perhaps this is what happened and I cannot be too upset.

If this was ordered directly from the company, PAL usually doesn't even attempt to ship to Canada anymore because they know a few of their products have a good chance of causing problems with customs. This falls for Leviathan Reloaded as well because of the Yohimbine content preent in the product.

The Reset-AD was ordered direct?

Hey all,

Just want to bump this up.

Weird situation here. But last week...I received two packages...same day...original order was Oct 8 or something.

Looks like PAL reshipped when the first one didn't come...(i mentioned it 1 month after the original order date)....then both arrive at the same time? Weird.

Anyways, product arrived...whole thing would have been easier had a tracking number been provided...

Oh well...I suppose all is well that ends well...

At least you got them now. Never heard of it though, good product? I probably could have used it once or twice by now.. man my adrenals seem to get fatigued way too easily these days. I quit drinking the pre-workout stims, this stuff would have been nice to take to get things steady again.

Keeping your adrenal glandes healthy and functioning properly so think less cortisol more ability to cope with stress, more energy better workout recovery, renewed stimulant sensitivity etc. Adrenal healthy is REALLY over looked by most the pregnolone in this stuff gives you such an awesome natural energy.

buy 1 get 1 free on bb.com ordered a few mins ago... lets see if this product helps. got some multi vits as well, some optimum opti-men.

3rd day using this stuff... ive had hot flashes, lethargy and headache the whole time.. its either that or the new multi vitamin i have.. im thinkin its not though.
