Yeah Gilmour keeps lists of information on members of cbb so he can rat them out to LE. You see, he used to be a cop but was kicked out of the force for being a ****up that couldn't put an accurate list of facts together . Unfortunately for CheeseSteak, he posted too much info on the internet and was embarrassed out of existence because he was on welfare. Clearly Gilmour feels he must avenge his previous failings in LE by perfecting his new information gathering skills. Although.. he still can't seem to get it right.
