How do I post an excel spreadsheet??

I have a list that ranks a bunch of people that I did in excel..... How would i go about posting it on a forum without attaching it...... I post it and it all just smashes together....... any help?

copy and paste it into a word document maybe.

Change it into an image. HTML doesn't lay out the columns well. When you are looking at the spreadsheet, hit print screen and paste it in paint or photoshop or any other image tool and save it as jpg and post er up.
