Hey friends,

I suffer from horrible joint pain in both my elbows as a result of years of heavy lifting. It comes and goes, but when it hurts, it's almost to the point I can barely train tri's or chest, or anything that requires the elbows to bend. Feels like my tendon is going to rip out.

Just curious if anyone else has this problem, and what can be done to alleviate it? OTC joint remedies seem to suck ass and do jack. I know things such as Deca really make the joints feel good and smooth. Any thoughts or feedback out there?

First, be sure it's actually joint pain. I find a lot of people, myself very much included, mistake joint pain for what is soft tissue pain. I didn't really understand what joint pain was until i took Winstrol, and even then I think that was still soft tissue stuff as it went away.
So what I mean, what are exactly is it? I had brutal bicep tendonitis for years, and that was pain on the outside of the bicep right above the elbow joint. This was caused as far as I can tell from too many hammer curls.
All I did to fix it was to start foam rolling the area. at the start it hurt so much that I thought I was doing something wrong, but after a bit the pain went away, now my biceps are good and I can bench pain free, its awesome!

But, if it's right in the elbow joint, I think thats joint pain, sinnce I've never had joint pain I don't have any first hand info, but from what I hear high rep band press downs work well, deca, eq and GH work well. I've been running EQ for a long time and I have almost no joint pains.

Hope that helps. But keep in mind, a $60 visit to physio can really help to identify the problem and from there it's a somewhat easy fix.

For longer term relief, run 600 mg EW of EQ or, secondarily, Deca. For longest term relief, run hGH forever.

As long as your problem is in the cartilage or collagen, and you don't have bone fragments or "tennis elbow", these chemicals work.

what they said.. plus 2g vitamin c a day, (glucosamine, msm, chondroitin mix twice a day), 5-10g omega 3 a day and lots of water..

also make sure when working out you do a lot of warmups and stay away from tricep exercises that put extra pain in the elbows for a bit..

Cissus quandrangularis. I found the ~10% extracts to be the best. The higher extracts have a higher concentration of ketosteroids but I think there are other compounds that are also responsible for joint relief.

There are a lot of bullshit supplements but this belongs in everyone's supplement cupboard. It's not to be confused with all the snake oil bullshit that's out there. Great stuff. I have my grand parents running this stuff. Thinking about getting my black lab/shepard when his joints deteriorate as well.
