Book Review Forum?

just curious if anyone would be interested in a book review forum...including everything from arnold's encylopedia to harry potter?

i'm not a book guy, but sometimes reading relaxes me (esp if it's something of interest). Thought a forum dedicated to book reviews might appeal to some people. I know there are tons of different interests among members here and i figured i'd throw out the idea since there's already a movie review forum.

I like books, a lot. I'd be all for a book review forum but I wouldn't have anything to contribute besides academic stuff at the moment. :)

i think this would be a good idea, we seem to have a forum for everythign else here, i dont read alot but it seems the books i buy are bodybuilding related, infact i just bought one on the weekend called " anabolic primer " its full of alot of the same info you can find by doing so searching on google but it also has more to add and its full of things that i might not have thought about reading into but now that i have i feel like i learned alot.

Don't laugh but right now I'm reading "The Amber Spyglass" from Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy. It's kinda anti-religious.

It's got talking Polar Bears, people in flying Zepelins and gyrocopters. The church is trying to assinate a young girl. The father of the girl really doesn't care about the her and is trying to start war with Heaven. The mother of the girl used to be a servant of the Church who experimented on children. Than her daughter was next to be experimented on, took her away and ran away from the church. ....

It's kinda messed up. The series was supposed to be a kids book, however I don't really think kids should read it. It has quite a lot of gruesome events.
