Thanks guys,

umm last year i was 237 when i dieted down for the show and ended up at 192 by weigh-ins... this year i was 253 in the offseason and a bit leaner, so hoping im about 20 pounds heavier

this is the only offseason pic i have with Branch Warren at this year's Ontario's in London, im sure many guys from this site were there... i was 246 or 247 at the time

You look much heavier than 192 bro. Legs are killer. Maybe some more back thickness and lat width but overall you have an amazing build and conditioning.

This would make Branch Warren about 5ft5? Is he that short?

ur spot on with the back width Gilmour, that and my chest are my biggest weak points... that was my first show and I mistakenly squeezed my back together on the back shots instead of spreading the lats

those pics were from over a year ago, my primary focus this year has been to bring those parts up

but much thanks!

Nothing you can't fix. Having giant legs puts you ahead of most guys anyhow. How did you place in that show?

Thanks for asking brother...
Kidneys seem to be holding their own now, started back to regular training.....
No water retention now, I can actually see my ankles.
Turns out my AI was bunk or not doing what it was supposed to--hence massive water retention, leading to super high BP, leading to kidney dysfunction, leading to detrimental edema.

good to hear you're feeling better! im not surprised your AI ended up being garbage.. im willing to bet most the shit out there is bunk. im sincerely doubting the caber i have... and the arimidex i used before im pretty sure was garbage as well. **** all of these labs ripping us off and messing with our health.

Yes that's what I was wondering, if you'll be attending. We'll most likely have a booth there and it's always nice to meet some bro's at the local shows and ones that compete as well. :D

Bro,
what show are you getting ready for???

not getting ready for anything... OPA still hasnt even come out with schedule for next year which is screwing all of us athletes over

I bulked for 1 year to the day since my last show... wanted to get to 250 and I got to 253, but im just burned out... cant eat anymore food, broke all my PRs so i decided to call this offseason quits

im eyeing the london level 2 show for next year, but I don't have it in me to bulk for 2 years straight years... ill be much more efficient dieting down for a few months, then bulking again then dialing it in for a show and capitalize on the rebound effect

plus i also want to tinker a bit with my dieting strategies, make sure I do a bit of a better job this year... dieting is just a nice break for me

were you guys at the Ontarios this year?

I will certainly introduce myself if you have a booth at the Stratford's... really hoping OPA doesnt keep jacking up the admission costs, it was $45.50 at the door for the London and Western Ontario's this year!

No we weren't at the Ontario's but we had a sponsored athlete in that show that took first place in his class :D!!!

We were at the London's though, but as spectators. The OPA needs to think about creative ways to draw more of a crowd!

We'd love to meet you and other up and coming bodybuilders. In the very near future we'll be looking to hook up with up and coming athletes as well! This is our market and we want to give back as much as we can! :D

haha, was his name Delt King?? :)

ya i was at the London's as well this year, 2 weeks ago, and after the level 1s were complete over half the crowd left! makes me really think about if I want to compete in that show next year in front of a quarter full hall

but if you guys are definitely gonna be in Stratford I will be sure to come by and chat with you guys for a bit

great overall shape, chest and traps looking big. Could use a little more size in the upperforearms. Also, Face looks a little pale.
