but relating that to bodybuilding training....on a back day...when do u guys like to do deads? 1st exercise or near the end to kill it??? i havent done them in a while and im gonna throw them back in my routine but havent decided where yet

Riddle me this: Would you do leg press before squats? Would you do dumbbell press before bench?

If it's because you wanna warm up I still don't think it's a good idea, just hop onto said exercise and warmup with it(Unless you have some sort of injury). When you warm up, you're not just moving muscles around. You're preparing your central nervous system for the heavy stuff coming up.

yeah i use to do them 1st thing i guess ill keep the norm when i throw them back in
