the optimal first cycle

So I was thinking th optimal first cycle should look like this:

week 1-12 test e or c 500mg week
week 12-15 HCG 500iu e3d
week 15 clomid 100mg ed
week 16-19 clomid 50mg ed
also have arimidex on hand in case off estro sides?

any thoughts/comments? not to sure about the hcg protocall but i know lots of people have diffrent opinions on this. And is arimidex good in case sides pop up or should i get somthing else?

IMO there's no need for HCG in this cycle and I would have Nolva on hand opposed to adex.You're not going to get too much bloat from 500 mg so gyno would be the primary concern.

IMHO too much HCG but yes you will get different opinions on this. Personally I wouldn't run any for 12 weeks of test.

Adex is good. You could use aromasin to. ONly use it if you need to.

I would also get nolva on hand.

thats the same cycle as i did, but i started with 375 of test till 6 weeks in then bumped it to 500 till week 16, i got on pct this week, 500 ius of hcgm and 1mg of a dex a day for 4 weeks, i also tapered down my test to 200mg
this cycle was awsome i filled out more, I droped alot of fat but stayed around 235-238, can't do to much cause i messed up my wrist trying to a ride a mechanical bull

If it allows for a faster recovery and hence allows you to retain slightly more of your gains during PCT, why not?

For its relatively low price, I think it's worth it if it allows me to hold on to say, an extra pound of muscle..

The whole idea is to get the most out of the least amount drugs possible... i havent had to use hcg yet, ive found im one of the lucky ones who recovers easier than most.. if i continue the use ill probably have to use it eventually though.. using it wont hurt but its not a necessity at this point

PCT looks good. I can't use clomid personally ****s me right up(depression,acne).

Nolva blocks estrogen at the breast tissue but it will still be in your blood.

Adex erradicates estrogen from your blood and lowers it to a reasonable amout.

AI's take a week to stabilize in the blood so have nolva on hand too.

i think that for the 1 cycle you should use something not so strenght as test e....anavar is good but very expensive....oral-turinabol i think would be good... or if you dont want tabs test prop...50 mg EOD...for the 8 weeks

actually there are some changes going on in my life i may not be able to train anymore, personal, important reasons, thats h gaining weight wouldnt be a concern anymore..hence the cycle..

Nolva 40/40/20/20 2 weeks after last shot..

Some ppl say they can get away with no bloat and i thought i could be one of them. But def not. At 500 i got a lot of bloat and some nip soreness so now i do arimidex 1mg EOD. Works perfect. relatively small amount of drugs, minimal sides for me, nothing to crazy. But for a first inj go with all the variables in place it would work great for most. JUST dont do 80mg ED of halo like suggested in other threads. Haha.
