I just started this training and it is working out pretty well for me so far. I had to modify the program by adding in calves and more exercises because Im training for size more than strength.

The link should tell you everything you need to know but feel free to modify the training to suit your individual needs. (If your on gear you may want to do the whole thing 2 times a week).
I find this training to work really well when your bulking but I wouldn't recommend doing it if your trying to cut down. I have a feeling my max numbers for deadlift and bench press will jump up quite a bit. The first and second day I tried this program I did 315*6 for deadlift (aiming for 405 or more) and 250*2 on bench press (shooting for 315). I plan to bulk up to around 210-220 at which time I should blast through the numbers Im shooting for. I'll keep everyone updated as to how the gains come along.

i have incorporated some of the westside concepts into my trainign as well, with periodization between different compound movements. i think its not bad as long as u dont overtrain... u have to watch ur nervous system even with all the changing of exercises...

personally im not a hardgainer at alll... im the complete opposite so good luck with this and post some updates

Taking this week off from the gym but just thought Id throw in a small update. Got 365 for deadlift last week. Also did 245x3 so this program is making me stronger which is nice. Once I go home for the holidays I'll be able to eat more so the numbers should go up.

315 x 6 at the beginning and you got 365 for only one now? Dude you gotta eat!!!! I'm sure you could have pulled that when you started!

How much progress do you normally make in 2 weeks? Ive had tendinitis in my left knee for the last little while so Im taking it a little easy. Did squats today for the first time in over a month. Stopped at 315*6...could have done more but my knee was feeling tight.

Bro your doing just fine (some progress is better then none at all) and with an injury to boot your doing better then 99.9% of the slackers out there..keep it up :)
