i am currently on hrt taking 140mg week test e. i want to go on a mild cycle right now. how would this sound because i am cautious towards estrogenic sides right now:

weeks 1-4 dbol 30mg/day
weeks 1-10 test e 320mg/week split into two 160mg shots


or am i better off at just bumping up my testosterone to 320mg/week because i want some good noticeable gains. at least gain 6 pounds of muscle. I want to avoid taking an AI, so would that amount be enough without the need of an anti-estrogen.

Most are ok below 500mg\week of Test. You can go 200mg E3D and go 12-14 weeks. Drop the Dbol. Gains are also dependent on diet and training. 6lbs. will be easily achieved. If you do not gain 15lbs. you are doing something wrong.

At the end of the cycle just drop back to HRT dose. No PCT required.

5mg EOD?Clarence Bass used that amount and nothing else(he claimed)and stayed lean and hard.Remember the RIPPED column in M&F?

He did indeed.Maybe that amount is not in fact needed?A kinder gentler sort of mild cycle?Do you remember Clarence Bass wade?

test should be upped to 500-600mg's.. dbol you could run 25mg and i definitely notice that..

I would get some Tren and run that at 600mg EW in addition to what you have outlined.

As this is a first cycle and I think it best that he learns how his body responds to drugs. If he was to have sides starting with 2 different drugs he will never know for sure what the cause is.
