Former fatty from London...

Name is Justin from London. Some of you may know me from Athletic club south or maybe UWO gym. If not there, I have a huge thread going on bodybuilding.com showing my transformation.

Looking to compete in a Natural competition, probably IDFA (any feedback on this?) in the spring/summer.

I used to a skinny/athletic kid until i was 21 then gained 80lbs which put me up to 250lbs. here is my transformation thread i made earlier this year...

Thanks guys! I kinda let my diet go as of late but still looking decent. no recent pics... weighing 208lbs right now maybe 14% compared to my 9% and 185 in those after pics earlier this year. but my lifts are up like crazy.
