The Womans lower back problem

Ok I have an old lady, her lower back kills her everyday, to the point where she can barely move..... she went to a doctor and he said it was a muscle spasm and gave her some pills..... went to another doctor and got the same diagnosis..... anyway its pretty bad and Im not sure what else to do, another doctor? accupuncture? massages? any ideas?

All of the above i think would help her . Anything but drugs !

Accupunture and Massage both work wonders.

Also if you can pick up a foam roller and get her to start using it.

Is she over weight at all ?
