1. right now im using waxy maize as the carb source 10g of carbs per IU injected. would it be okay to split my carb source by including some fruits in there, such as banana and frozen mixed berries? i just like the taste better and added health benefits.
so instead of 100g of waxy maize for my 10iu injected, i would do 50g waxy maize and the remainder 50g from frozen fruits?
2. i know most are not a fan of cardio when bulking but lots of pro's do it now adays for added health benefit and staying leaner, i am a endomorph so i tend gain gain muscle easily but fat too, so i want to do 20-30 mins of post workout cardio 2-3 times a week in off season. question is if im shooting slin pwo on those days that cardio is done, would it be still okay to do so? i figured if im still in the 1 hour anabolic window that should be ok.

yes and yes.
10g per IU is already high carbs (i take 50g dex for 10iu)
sure, do your 20 min cardio, but you will build more muscle by not doing so
Personally I think cardio is a must no matter what time of year it is....

Talo i understand your right, but im not competing at a high level or any level, i would rather workout heart since its a muscle than worry about losing 1-2lbs of lbm if that even.
but i hear you, i guess its fine if your already lean im sitting around 12-13 percent at 235 trying to gain lean mass without sky rocketing in body fat percentage.

use blueberries or strawberries if you want to include fruit.

Fruit is the shittiest thing if you're trying to replenish muscle glycogen. You can eat fruit and I don't want to be a fear monger, but have fruit at different times of the day and go for a high glycemic carb when using slin.
WMS has a higher molecular weight, faster gastric emptying rate and inherently causes less gastric distress as a result... it's the better way to go if you can fork over the cash. I don't think it's worth it. Dextrose works fine for me and a million diabetics. Granted, they're not consuming hundreds of grams of it but I can tolerate it well.
As far as mixing the carb sources is concerned, do it sparingly. I'd use one carb source and become very familiar with it before making sudden changes. I sometimes use a high GI carb and then a complex carb as long as it's consumed very quickly. I spent like a year using a blood glucose monitor as an experiment. I got a shitload of testing strips for free so I put them to good use and became very familiar with my blood sugar levels. Crazy shit that would surprise most people. You don't always feel exactly what's happening in your body, so play it safe when you start using 10iu or more.

I should have clarified, when adding these fruits is for mere taste, not to replace any carbs or count as any.

I use 10-12iu's "depending on how zonked I feel after the workout" I don't use any waxy maize just a weight gainer shake and a normal meal about 1-2 hrs later and other than one time when I used to much GHRP-6 with it I've never had any hypo issues. and so far I'm leaner and bigger than ever.

I use 10 UI of slin and Mix it with 1 1/2 scoops Whey Isolate, and 2 Scoops of powdered Gatorade. Shoot slin, 5 mins late drink shake and I seem to have found my sweet spot.
