i've got a buddy thats on it right now.. taking 1 a day.. so far he's been on it almost a week and he is up 2lbs lol he said his appetite has gone up a lot.. this normal? should he up the dosage? thoughts comments? how long should he use it straight?

LipoEX does not have an appetite suppressant as far as I know.

he told me he was eating more.. he said he was always hungry.. his appetite increased as soon as he started he said..

how high of a dosage should he get up to? and for how long?

also he is not taking anything else

I did my last run of Lipo in August and never noticed any increase in appetite.

That said, one per day was no where near enough for me, I was popping atleast 4 per day. 2 first thing in the morning, 2 at noon.

I too was taking 4 daily and while it did seem to work, it had no effect on my appetite. I doubt taking 1 a day would do much of anything. The recomended dose to start at i was told and seems about right is 2 daily split up morn/afternoon on an empty stomach

The only benefit I would see from something like lipoEX would be to help keep your energy up while on a calorie deficient diet. Even when you are on something like T3/clen you are not going to lose weight if you are eating more than you are burning.
