I went ahead and created a group for us on facebook so we can network and get more people here. Those who use facebook, please join and invite who you can to our group. Hopefully we'll gain a bunch of new quality members. Too many people don't know about this site and we are doing all we can to let them know about us.

Here is a direct link to the group. Hope to see you all there. You'll need to be registered and logged in to see the group.

Actually a good move. Even though I am not a user of facebook, social networking is where it's at nowadays to spread the word on the net. You can count on me to create an account and lend a hand in spreading the word.

Hope some of the other members here will do the same. Wadda you say guys and gals??

Facebook scares me. Too much personal info out in public. I'm putting on my foil hat and going back under the bed now.

Sigh, admin, you made a typo in the name of the group and it can't be changed. I created a new group with the right name and updated your link on this post. Sorry about that guys. Hope you'll rejoin the new group.

Poor way to find new members IMO.

The member group on this site is pretty good, most know what they're talking about and generally very little flaming... inviting a bunch of noobs from facebook is going to invite people looking for sources and flamers... word of mouth is a better deal IMO. Let other guys in your gyms who seem serious know and they will appreciate this site.

IMO the majority of the members on this site are fairly serious BB'rs and lots use AAS, inviting facebook goons with their emo haircuts and skinny jeans is no good.

I personally think some H-core muscle beaters with CBB.com all over them would speak better of the site.
