Big improvements there from year to year. Great work. Looking forward to stepping on stage with you sometime at Nationals.

What weight class are you in? I plan on doing the nationals again in 2011 as a middleweight again but this time at the top of the weight class vs near the bottom.

Light-middle or middle weight depending on how well offseason training goes.

Back door boys thats N-sink their awesome, although I like thw backstreet boys as well. I have always done my own prep and do train others for competition as well. I have done 45 shows now so I am getting used to knowing what works and what doesn't. Oddly enough I still learn something new every show.

Greg that is a great transformation in 5 years. Like the others have said you don't even look like the same person. Also, looking good off-season very lean.
Just curious, will you now only compete in the normal nationals and stop competing in the natural nationals?

I would never compete in a show where I was intentionally breaking the rules. My goals now are to win the light heavy class at the regular nations. A non tested show at this point would be pretty pointless.
