The only good thing spam is used for is as a gag gift. I gave a can of spam to my brother in law at Christmas last year (as a joke obviously) I couldn`t wait for him to unwrap it. I was in tears just thinking about him opening that shit...

1 canned ham
2 tsp creamy horse radish
1/3 cream cheese bar
lemon juice to taste

If you think canned meat is gross yesterday I ate 480g of chicken liver. Man that was good. I made 4 sandwiches. Tzatziki on one side, franks red hot on the other and chicken liver in the middle, delish. :a+

LOL, you guys are pansies. I prefer steak or chicken but I eat pretty much anything as long as it's good for me. Chicken liver has 24g or protein and 7g of healthy fat in a 100g serving and it's so cheap, 400g or so for less then $2. When I was growing up I ate whatever there was and if I didn't like it then I didn't have to eat it but I wouldn't get anything else.
My wife and I went to Europe for our honey moon in 2006. Part of our honey moon was spent in Serbia with my family. It was a serious culture shock for her. She didn't know what to do when my grand mother brought out pork chops with baked beans and tomato and cucumber salad and eggs and dried bacon and pickles and whatever else she could find for BREAKFAST, lol. All my wife wanted was some cereal with skim milk.

I have a Ukrainian heritage, and going to visit family at "the farm" is the same way. They eat the fat on the meat out there :P
