I've heard that too. Well actually its the Omega 6 that isn't really worth supplementing as you get enough through regular food. It's better just to take Omega 3's instead. This is what I was told. Can anyone verify this?

Omega 3`s are all you need. Reason being to get the ratio`s of the omega`s as close to a 1:1:1 as possible. When you supplement with the 6`s and 9`s that will never happen.
Multiple vit and mineral
green tea caps
fish oil
vit D , everyday in the winter :)
protein powder
I take most of what you have mentioned but I also take garlic pills. Garlic improves your immune system and the last time I was sick way new years 2007.

I am somewhat old school being 53 and training for 30 plus years.I am still experimenting with some of the newer supplements. Most are not any better then the old tried and proven.
I still do 5 to 7 meals a day,30 grams of protien per meal to maintain a positive nitrogen balance,Twin labs liquid Amino acids(a table spoon every meal and two before bed.All the recommended vitamins and oils, the list would be long.I still cycle the ECA stack but are currently using the NOx before workout right now.Creatine usually 6 to 8 weeks on and then off for a month. And believe it or not I still use MCT oil for energy when my carb intake is low.
When I first started bodybuilding i used a lot of wieghtgain products.I was 6 fot 4 and a 195 lbs soaking wet at 20 years old.By the time I was 30 to 35 I had gained 40 lbs of muscle.I was a hard gainer.but
then my best lifting started when creatine hit the market and i was my strongest and largest at 42 years old and 288lbs.I never had the balls to compete but did train with some successful competitors locally.
Took 10 years off from training for a lot of reasons, but now hard at it for a second time around.Starting to feel old i guess but it sure feels good to be lifting again even though the 18 year old beside me benches more.LOL

^^^^ True. Also Olive oil is high in omega-9 (and super cheap) so you are overpaying for a worthless product on a 3-6-9 blend.
I use fish oil (cod liver usually) and whey protein year round both would be considered staple foods by most here I guess.
Also vitamin C, and D. Everything else I rotate.

The only adverse effect from cycling it, is the loss of strength and muscle fullness when you stop it. I stay on year round. 10 grams on workout days, 5 grams when I don`t train.

I wasn't so much referring to the muscle/strength effects of cycling off creatine, more so the health effects. From my understanding, we use creatine to help with muscle strength, size and endurance. But adding more creatine to our bodies than what we normally produce saturates our bodies with it and creatinine. When we saturate our bodies and creatinine is in higher than normal concentrations, our kidneys and liver have to work double time to process the excess. That's where cycling comes into play. Apparently it takes 3-5 weeks to rid ourselves of the saturation to give our organs a break, or am I reading this wrong?

There`s no health concerns to be worried about by taking creatine everyday. As far as I know... But do take a week off here and there when I`m not training.
