So I'm sick right now (add that to the list of crap I got going on) and when I am sick I crave comfort foods. Read: junk foods. So I am trying to shift my normal patterns of eating crap when feeling like crap.
For the first time in probably a year I ate cereal last night. I went and got a small'ish box of raisin bran cereal and ate the entire box before going to bed.
I woke up this morning and had the best shit. Seriously is was one of those "ahhhhhhhhh" moments. I think I dropped about 8lbs in that one session and I;m sure there's to be a couple more sessions before the day is over.
Just thought I'd share!
