Hey guys, I am a 23 year old ecto/endo/meso hybrid. 6'4, 193lbs. I have been training for 4 months consistently. I can bench 200, squat 300, deadlift 306. I have added over 100lbs on each since June. I used to train as a teenager, got injured and gave up for a few years and recently returned. I am well educated on training and follow the IFBB, so I know about training and diet and would say I live a highly active lifestyle and have had a good diet since June. I used to be a very fat child, and lopst about 70lbs of fat when I was 13 years old! Largely from not eating well and walking a LOT. Naturally I worked out as a teenager(catches breath, anyone still reading?) to build mass on my long sticks. And I did that, while stuill having an unhealthy fat% around my waist. Everywhere else is cut to the muscle from my recent hardcore training and radical change in lifestyle, so its wierd. I need to know how to get rid of this fat, how long it will take using what cyckes (ECA? ECY? T3? CLen?) and whuch cycle is the BEST. Dosages? Duration, etc. Looking forward to seeing if anyone is paying attebntion!

Diet and cardio is the ONLY effective way. The fact that you asked how long it will take for those stacks to work is evidence enough that you aren't ready to be using them. Diet and cardio is the best thing. Also, try a keto diet if ur looking for quicker results. This is my favourite type of diet for faster fatloss.

I dont get it, you're well educated in training, but you want to spot reduce fat? If one of those statements is true, then the other cant be ;)

You could spend 100$ of dollars, and have minimum results with products or you can make a good diet / follow a template and have great results. A great diet will work magic, you might want to enhance it with a fat burner, but usually, IMHO they don't do much at all.
But if you persist to think that taking pills wil help you. I personally had best results with ECY, but then again i was on the Dave Palumbo diet template and working 13 hours shift outside in the summer. I felt i needed that extra energie! BIG crash when i stopped however!
My 2 cents.
