has there been a dramatic improvement in the quality of threads in the last little while? Seem like a lot of intelligent people post here. I've noticed excellent posts over the last week. Well put together an informative. It's been a long time I haven't seen that tread on bodybuilding boards. I hope it continues.

seems like boards are quiet as a rule , but theres good advice here, spending more time here as of late. lot of off topic stuff here also
