SO here are the supplements i have at home... i want to get lean- lose fat, and gain muscle. So how would i use these?

Meals:
8AM: 5 egg white, peanut butter
11AM: Protein Meal Replacement Shake
2PM: Tuna with 2 spoons of lite Mayo
5PM: Protein shake with banana
8PM: Syntha 6 with Skim milk

workout:
Monday- Chest and tri; after 10mins HIIT and 10 mins skipping rope
Tuesday- Back and Biceps; after 10mins HIIT and 10 mins skipping rope
Wednesday- Legs and Shoulders; after 10mins HIIT and 10 mins skipping rope
REPEAT!
