i made some chili with ground chicken, turkey, kidney, and black beans...I haven't cooked with ground chicken before and have a question:
is it supposed to smell and even taste somewhat fishy? the taste is faint but the smell when it was frying was pretty intense. I didn't notice a fishy smell until i put the meat into the pan to fry. I gotta tell you, i'm pretty disappointed. It's the blandest ****ing chili i've ever made hahaha...no salt = no taste :(
