With the cold weather coming fast I can already start to feel my joints ach. Currently it is both of my thumbs . I've never had pain there before , but every winter it's something new.

So I am adding some G&C to my supplement diet ( started yesturday ) I am taking in 1000mg Glucosamine and 800mg of Chondroitin two times a day. The last few years I was using Cissius and that worked well , but I had a bottle of G&C ( 240 pills ) at home so I'm going to try it this way.

I'm not sure if what I'm taking will be enough so I'm wondering how other people take this.

Thanks

The pill I take is G&C together. 500mgs. I take one with the rest of my sups. in the morning and another at supper.

The one I take has them both in it aswell , I was just giving the ratio. Sorry I should have said that.

It must because it is in most ( not all ) Glucosamine products.

Glucosamine helps strengthen hard cartiledge in joints but does absolutely nothing for tendons or ligaments (according to my sports doctor).

Unless you issues are hard cartiledge related glucosamine will not help you at all.

Are there any supps out there that help repair/rebuild tendons??

Thanks!

Cissus Quadrangularis has been a staple of traditional Indian medicine for centuries. Researchers discovered the power of this unique herbal remedy and have now made it available to Western athletes and bodybuilders, or anyone else who wants to support healthy muscle and bone. Cissus Quadrangularis will not only support healthy muscle and bone, but actually helps deliver nutrients to tendons

TP carries it
