www.ncix.com is what I use whenever I buy PC parts or a computer. They have a tool where you can build your own pc and I think they put it all together for you for $100 or something..They always have good sales so you can build a pretty decent PC for cheap.

i found tiger direct, this looks interesting

i'll have a look at ncix
I'm not a fan of the case, but what's inside will kick ass!

I was going to suggest NCIX also. I have a buddy who has a distributor account with them and I dropped 2700$ on a machine not long ago. We built it ourselves and it's a BEAST

Use the following sites to find the cheapest price for a part you want, and then get NCIX to match their prices.
http://www.pricecanada.com/
http://www.pricebat.ca/
http://www.shopbot.ca/
NCIX sometimes has deals on shipping in their weekly sales which get posted Wednesday nights.
I wouldn't go with that tigerdirect system; you can definitely get something better for that much money.

It seems pretty evident he doesn't want to do his own build, so point him in a direction where he can buy a better pre-built for less $$$.

It seems pretty evident that I can't point him in a direction unless he posts his intended usage and budget.

i was just looking for something a lot faster than my old laptops, i play an online flight sim when its to dam cold out to do anything outside.
i wasn't really looking to build one, the last computer i built had 2 256mb ram cards and that was huge then lol, i don't have the patience to do all the research etc to put a machine togethor anymore so i thought i would see what was available for pre-built systems.
