Damn I miss when old school reigned. Screaming, chalk, camaraderie, etc were the norm. I can remember signs saying "Train hard or go home". Bodybuilders and powerlifters ruled the real gyms and fitness buffs were either a small minority, or went to fitness buff gyms. Now we have to look hard to find a place to fit in our own element. :(
