Timer boss, and thanks:)

Stength is WAYYYY up, but to really put GOOD size on i think im going to need my cals uped by 1k as well as carbs/fats going up too.

Just added new items a week or 2 ago, before that is was just prop/dbol for 1.5 months. So been on since early Oct.

Anywho a lil over a month ago i dropped my cals from 5-6k a day to 3500 per day and i've actualy lost some size:(

Was told by a few peeps to go 500cals above maintanance so i don't gain that much fat. Well weight is stuck so cals/carbs/protein are going way up.

300 protein/3500cals/400carbs per day is what i've been eating. Clean food, no bullshit. Workout intense, rest 3 days a week.

Will up diet to 400p,5000cals,500carbs and see what happens after 2 months.

I agree with nate and Andre.. not trying to knock you bro, but looking at your cycle in other posts i would expect a more advanced physique.. more concentration on food/training, less focus on AAS IMHO

drop the masteron
drop one of the test esters (drop the cyp would be my choice)
drop an oral

determine what you want to do. cut or bulk

adjust diet accordingly

train and add in cardio to fit with above goals
