it seems that now that im dieting to competition, its as if theres ****faces everywhere with cookies and donuts. Not before though when I could eat it, of course not. Just the other day in class they came up and gave us a bunch of timbits and coffee. The day before we went to a presentation, they handed out chocolate chip cookies. Today we are having another presentation, guess what? Free pizza and brownies. FML!

Stay strong...it takes the strength, will, determination and discipline to be the best.

Just think about the fact that the guy standing next to you on stage probably didn't cave to temptation, so why should you.

Good luck.

LOL, the worst is usually the family/friends when they think you're too skinny or losing too much weight. Everyone starts pulling out the junk food in a subtle (or not-too-subtle) way to try to get you to eat so you're back up to their perception of a 'healthy' weight.

Hahaha....I feel the same way about 10-12 weeks into dieting. It seems like a feeding frenzy is going on around me 24/7 and it is all junk food. Hang in there and you will come out on top!

Thanks for the support btw guys! Thats the best thing about this forum. Not everyone agrees on everything, and sure there are arguments, but overall it is a good place. Lots of people willing to help each other out.
