Hello all, im at 18 year old male and im about 5'11, 186 pounds and am really wanting to lose weight and gain some definition. I was hoping someone on here might be able to help me with some diet advice and maybe some workout routines. Im completely new to this scene but am very committed to my goals.

Welcome to the board!

Getting a good program and a good diet made for you won't work. The fact is...you need to understand WHY it's a good diet and WHY it's a good workout routine in order to understand WHY you're following it.

Do tons of research...read till your eyeballs feel like they're going to pop out of your skull and feel free to ask specific questions. You'll find all the bros here more than willing to help if you help yourself.
