mainly posted to get feedback on pre, post nutrition. That seems to be my issue lately. Got some maltodextrin and just looking for how and when to take it effectively.

And for pre-workout I usually have a can of tuna and some oatmeal.

looks like you put a lot of thought into this. If youre not growing, all you have to do is add calories to your meals

too much creatine, take 5-10g, 1.5hrs before workout, one of the guys on the forum is doing a study on it and said peak levels with monohydrate are achieved 1.5 hrs after administration

That`s what I once read from Dan Duchaine. If I were you I`d add some type of ZMA formula before bed. I`ve noticed you take 2 grams of vit c, 1 gram is plenty. Take another gram before bed. Vit E before bed as well. Why do you have shakes mixed in water? Is this simply in between meals? I`m not sure it`s necessary to do so if your previous meals have 40 grams plus of protein...

I'd look at adding a fast acting carb to your morning shake with your creatine for the insulin spike needed for it to transport into cells.

In the same way i'd look at adding 25grams of dextrose and bringing maltodextrin down to 25 grams for your PWO shake.

I'd think about more of a slower release carb preworkout also.

On another note, as a general rule if you're not gaining muscle...you're still calorie deficient.
