Hey all,
I just finished a tub of Muscle Juice 2544 (vanilla) weight gainer. I bought it because it was cheap ($60 for 13lbs) and I like the simplicity of a prepackaged gainer. I had read that it is quite high in sugar (60g per serving), but I take a half serving post workout where a little insulin spike is good. I also don't think I could put on fat if I tried so I wasn't too worried about the extra sugar and fat.
Taste = 9/10 (good in a shake, not so good mixed with water)
Mixability = 7/10 (mixes easily in a shake, takes some work to mix with water)
Results = 8/10 (I used this product on and off for a while and I also used it to maintain weight during lacrosse season so I can't really give exact numbers as far as pounds I've gained, but I feel that it gets me a few more calories post workout than a regular whey shake)
