recently saw him he looks so small i mean not sure if he had health issues, but he didn't quit that long ago, and for him to shrink so fast not sure?

as far as him out of shape, that's nothing new to athletes of lot's of sports when stop training. there was an article about college football players and obesity, since they continue to eat similar amounts as when they were training/playing. It's hard to stop eating massive amounts when you stop training
