Is bacteriostatic water and bacteriostatic sodium chloride the same thing??

There is straight up bacteriostatic water which is water and alcohol (BA), then there is bacteriostatic sodium chloride which contains water, alcohol (BA) and sodium chloride...they basically can be used for the same purposes though..
