At 3500 calories and no cardio I'm losing weight. Arggh!

The scale said 222 tonight and that's with a full stomach.

I'm going to try adding a couple of shakes with milk and olive oil and see if I can turn things around.

If that doesn't work I'm going to start hanging out at Mcdonalds.

Trying to eat 4500 clean is brutal. My stomach is always full and I'm eating 6 times a day already. Tonight I decided Ice Cream is my friend.

For those of you eating 5k calories a day how do you do it without eating shit?

You just don't eat super clean. Beef instead of chicken, salmon instead of tuna, mayo instead of mustard, whole eggs, butter, lotsa oil, an extra scoop of gainer in every shake, lotsa peanut butter.

and eggnog.

400g protein = 1600 calories
20g fat per meal = 1080 calories
2680 calories
100g of carbs 5 meals = 2000calories

lose... I've been following a DC template for the last 4 months. The calorie requirements are pretty shocking when you consider how low the volume is. My strength is up but my weight gan stalled about week 8 and it looks to be heading down at week 17 and I just missed inrcreasing weight on Squats, Deads and Rack Pulls in 3 consecutive workouts (overtraining - likely due to lack of calories).

I've been following the DC workout template but not the eating advice (oops).

440g protein + 50 = 1960 but that doesn't help much in shoveling the food down.

Being able to add calories and managing to shove the food down your throat every day are different things. I always thought I was a big eater but since I started eating cleanish it's gotten pretty darn tough.

A normal day for me looks about like this.

First Breakfast: granola/half litre of milk/yogurt
Second Breakfast: 5 whole eggs and 125grams of egg whites
First Lunch: A half pound of meat and a couple of hundred grams of carbs
Second Lunch: quart of chocolate milk
First Supper: A half pound of red meat/salmon and a couple of hundred grams of carbs, salad if there's room.
Second Supper: Chicken Breast, some cheese, another yogurt, a couple of oranges and an apple.

PWO: another quart of chocolate milk

I had a cold a couple of weeks ago and got a forced 10 day cruise.

Maybe it's all that milk you are talking?
Why don't you try cutting it in half, adding cup of oatmeal and some whey?

I'm very tolerant of dairy. I got up to 250 last winter using a gallon of milk a day plus regular meals. Too fat but I put on some serious muscle.

Agreed.....
A lot of food needs to be taken in with DC if you are doing it right...Tiramisu , it looks like you are obviously getting it done....
The cruise is very important in this program...
Keep the bbef up etc...I was eating as i am now, 3-4 lbs of meat/day, along with olive oils in each shake, salmon oils atn 6 grams/day, Butter is your friend, carbs are good as well, i liked to throw down all my protein and fats first, then added in whatever carbs i had room left for.....If you get a craving for cookies etc, have them , but eat protein first.....
Good stuff T
