Hello everyone,
I go by G and I've been working out on and off since I was 15. I'm almost 21 now. I was never serious about dieting or lifting until about a year ago though. In september 2008 I weighed around 180lbs and set a goal to be 200lbs by april 2009. My diet is pretty clean and I take vitamins, whey and pre workout. I hit 200lbs shortly after my 5 month mark but then lacrosse season rolled around and I plummeted back down under 190.
I've been back at it lately and I'm gonna try to bulk up to around 210 this winter. I'd love to get into bodybuilding eventually.
The first pic is my progress for the first five months.
The second pic is current.

Ya delts are my favorite muscle to train. I was super weak like shoulder pressing 30lb dumbells before. I can push 80's now.

I`d say you`re on the right track. Legs seem a little thin but that`s only from the pic I saw that dosen`t really show them. Just a thought, we already have a guy name c money here, g money is so close to that name, I`d go for something else. Just saying... But your shape and lines look good bro. What`s you diet like?

Thanks ritch,
I was definately more focussed on my upper body for those first five months. I still trained my legs but not with anywhere near the tenacity (sp?) that I trained my upper body.
As of about three months ago I started focussing more on my legs. Up until then I had never done a deadlift before or even trained my calves at all. I'm starting to work deadlifts into my routine and my calves have already started getting bigger since I started training them.
My diet is fairly clean and I eat as much as I can. oatmeal and eggs for breaky, chicken or beef with rice or pasta for lunch and dinner. lot's of veggies. I typically split this into 4 or 5 meals. i take omega 3-6-9, CLA, glutamine, vitamins, etc. Usually a whey shake or two throughout the day.

Do your shakes count as your total meals? I mean do you eat 4-5 meals with a shake or 2 during the day?

I typically eat one breakfast, and then 3-4 lunch/dinner type meals. not including shakes.
