I won the light-middle weight class at the Ontario's in June of this year. I do contest prep for anybody who needs help.

Yeah plan on doing the Canadians in Saskatoon in 2010 and the WBFF world championships also. I'd like to stay in my weight class so it'll be a game of bringing up lagging bodyparts and coming in even leaner and drier next time, but not gaining too much mass.

I did the fauxhawk for my kids...we all had it.

I wish the nationals were in TO next year, unfortunately what they're doing according to my understanding is it will be the juniors, masters, grandmasters along with fitness in TO and the open bodybuilding in Saskatoon. And it'll be one week apart. It seems weird but maybe the show was getting too big (long) for one location? I know guys who do both open and masters so if they do both it'll mean peaking twice, twice the protan, twice staying in hotels etc. It most likely means most guys will pick one or the other and leaving some the classes not as competitive in the process.

hmmm i didnt know that... SS trains at my gym and i know his plan is to do both, but im sure he knows this... his training partner is doing the Masters nationals in TO, which is why i assumed the whole show was there

Also as far as i know this is the first time they've done the split like that. I can't see the bodybuilders being happy about it but it'll make the CBBF more money and get it more exposure on both sides of the country.
