In Canada, anabolic steroids and their derivatives are part of the Controlled drugs and substances act and are Schedule IV substances, meaning that it is illegal to obtain or sell them without a prescription; however, possession is not punishable, a consequence reserved for schedule I, II or III substances. Those guilty of buying or selling anabolic steroids in Canada can be imprisoned for up to 18 months.

if you have a personal stash its legal up to a point... meaning if you have too much they can hit u for possession with intend to traffic.

I am not sure what point it becomes intent to traffic .... any one knwo this?

chances of someone gettng the max are pretty rare in B.C..I know that in B.C you can get busted 'growing" and never get time..depending if you have a criminal record ..had a friend that got popped with a few houses going , cops busted all his houses at the same time, with the big swat team arrival( over kill) they had 24 hour survaliance on him and his partners, even had his airplane hanger fitted with hidden cameras they followed him in planes even ..no shit..he pled quilty and all he got was 3 years probation and 1 year house arrest, and a millon dollars owed for taxes based on his grow income and houses he owned.. He did the bankruptsy thing and didnt have to pay a dime ....hahahaha.. there are not enough jails in B.C to put every criminal in Jail..

I still say show me where it says they are illegal to buy from a street source. As I read the act, the only offence related to buying, is buying from a licenced practitioner, and not disclosing to them what other purchases of Schedule IV drugs you have made in the last 30 days. This is likely to prevent abuse of prescriptions by using multiple doctors.

there is some wierd stuff in law. I heard you don't evenhave to lawfully pay taxes in the USA. I heard that in one place, and then that's wesely snipes argument is that no where in the bills does it say you have to pay taxes, wierd...

Yeah, I think that's a state vs federal tax argument. Not sure which one of the two lack any legislation to enforce. Hey, if I owed millions in taxes, I'd make any argument I could.

It means it is illegal for the Federal Government to collect income tax. They are breaking the law when Revenue Canada steals your money..
