View Full Version : Syringe Stored with Gear?

Hey Guys & Dolls. Found a syringe on the bottom of my storage box with 3cc full of Test Prop & Masteron. I'm wondering if I dare make use of it.

I've taken full syringes on vacation and not got to some of them for three weeks with no problem. However, this syringe has probably been stored since last May or June. I know some guys claim the anti-bacterial solvents in the oil may dissolve some of the rubber or plastic, but the oil looks pretty clear to me.

Very tempting. What would you do?

I would chuck it out too...no need to chance shit like that. Oh and if the gear contained EO check out the plunger, i imagine it should be swelled up good by now.

somebody explain me the difference if it's stored in a syringe or in an open vial....

my gear used to come in a plastic vial and I would store that for months and use it with no problems and who knows how long the rep had be4 sending it to me, what would be the difference between that and a syringe ??

My concern would be the potential for the plastic to be broken down somehow, and mixed in with the oil (plastic can leech into water from water bottles, so imagine what can leech from a syringe when it's mixed with BA for extended periods), and the concern that bacteria could somehow eventually get into the syringe as it's not as sealed as a glass bottle with rubber crimp?

Dunno if either one is valid, but for me it's enough to worry about that I'd toss it if it were mine.

I like IronRobi's suggestion of putting it in a new syringe, but if there's a real danger of infection, I'll toss it. (But, damned, it may be 1/3 Tren ace!:()

That's why they just tossed a bunch of the H1N1 vaccines...they say they didn't know if it would still be stable after 24hrs.

Plastic breaks down. Toss it, it ain't worth it. I pre draw, but for no more than two days at best.

In an open vial it's safe to say it's still very sterile, after being in a syringe for a couple months.....who the **** knows.

Anyone who has ever had an infection or REALLY bad shot in the past would not even think about injecting that dart.

"Hey guys i found a used condom in my room, is it still ok to use it if i wash it in the sink....like is my gf gunna get pregnant or will i be cool bro's?" FUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

Thanks for the good manners and sensible advice, guys. Then there's this guy.

Dude i was joking, cmon i thought we wuz good man?

If i made a post asking what solo asked chances are you would be all over my ass so maybe chill with me ok.

You might consider me a noob, but im smart enough to know there is no need to risk an infection/abcess over a few cc's of gear.

Thank you.

With your favourite smiley and your closing link [http://img33.imageshack.us/i/gne.gif/], Mr dremen, I can see you've got itchy penis fingers. The sticky fingers must be why you write such juvenile crap.

Back to my topic. As I've said I've taken filled syringes with me on three weeks' vacation with no problem. I've decided that six months, however, is too much time (based on sensible advice). So somewhere between three weeks and six months there must be a "too long" point (which is impossible to determine given differing circumstances).
