The base of the cycle will be 750mg of test for as long as I feel it necessary. The 750mg comes in the form of Testosterone Heptylate.

I will probably stick to this until the new year due to a hectic schedule.

Come the new year I will throw in 200mg of deca a week for my lovely joints (first time using deca...don't know why I never have before).

I will also over the course of my cycle include 7 weeks of tren and 7 weeks of winstrol. The winni will be run @ 50-75mgs a day. The tren will be run @ 30-50mgs a day. (acetate obviously).

I will then drop off to 200mgs of test a day for as long as i feel like. Possibly forever.

I will also be running 3iu minimum of GH everyday. If my hands hurt too much, I will drop to 2iu as I have had to do in the past.

Last time I ran tren and winni was 6 years or so ago. I love tren with all my heart, but haven't felt the need to run it for quite some time due to its affect on my cardio.

My goal is to improve on what I have now.

What I have now is 230ish lbs. 6ft or 6'1. I can see all 6 abs (not sure that bf%).
