I've lifted with a few of the guys in this video. All rad. Come to think of it, I've also surfed a couple of their couches. Lol.

I gotta say the best part of that doc was the guy explaining what happens if there is someone useing the squat rack when he gets to the gym "You have 5min..." Love it!

Also what he said about people who dont squat "What are you ****ing afraid or something?" just the way he said it was awesome!
