Exactly what I told him via pm. That my offer for helping him out still stands. This was not just about bodybuilding. It was about motivating him to achieve and that people can be there for him to help him through. But he has to want it enough. That is what this is about.

Everything I have said thus far is 100% truth fellas. two different boards he admitted to scamming welfare. He is able to work but does not want to. He lives at home with his loser brother and parents. he was cut from the dole we all provide. Do not send him free supps. He has been scamming you all with his pathetic story. He made a thread about spending days on end looking for 180 dollar shoes yet sauid he couldn't afford a gym membership. In the end he used his getting caught scamming welfare as the excuse not to jon a gym. EVERYONE tried to help him, including myself, until I found out about him. He never once denied it. agreed...i still admire the fact that these guys are willing to help someone who is down on himself...but i'm a bit disappointed that if what gilmour is saying is true, we've all been lied to. Being on social assistance and not able to work is an entirely different story from what Gilmour is saying, and there are a lot of people helping a brother out for being "an honest, stand up guy."

I try not to cast judgement on a guy who's shoes i've never worn...but a simple explanation to all of his backers wouldn't hurt. I mean, I was going to get this guy some stuff today because of the customer appreciation sale going on here...we live in the same city...and I don't even have a job right now!

She did DC with me all off season, then she did a bit of a different split for prep the last 12 weeks i believe and a keto diet with Nicole Ball who trains and gets advice from Palumbo...
Myself, i tied for fourth........i did good up until the last weeks, then i dropped to fast as i wasnt quite ready, tried to rush in and failed, and i did my own diet etc.Had help and he bailed the last weeks due to his own pressures in his contest 1 week later......Then i second guessed myself and took diuretics wrong, and ended up losing 11 lbs in the last couple of days and went anyway, couldnt get a pump, nothing...Live and learn....This yr i am getting a prep coach and see what happens...Hoping for a better result....
BUT the scoring was very close between 2, 3 and 4th place, so i am not disheartened, and we all were within 1 lb of each other...No excuses, i did surprise myself when i saw the scores etc, so it lit a fire under my bum...I was the only guy doing my first show.....When CC won i lost all my dissappointment in myself..

Sounds like you know how to do it next time. I've seen many guys look fantastic a week before or a week after when they do the first show. Timing. 4th is still damn good. Pics?

I got into training with some local strongmen and we were doing a truck push and POP! that's all she wrote.

Doctors orders were to take 3 months off of work and off of the gym and off of life. I took 2 off and had to get back in.
I am back at benching now and am stuck at 365.. it feels gay.

LOL. **** you man! I just got UP to a 370 legal lift and I am happy as shit about that! Full pause. I hadn't done a single in several years and started at 340 6 weeks ago. Did you ever nail 450?

Nope, I lost a lot of drive in the gym for a while and I was focusing on things like log pressing and Atlas stones and farmers walks, which were all super fun but they didn't help out my quest for a bench.

Now that I am rehabbing I actually have a lot of gym drive again, so who knows 450 might be on the horizon yet.
