I read that there were only 200 tickets to the night show sold last year. I'm not sure whether these shows are designed to make money off of the competitors or the audience but either way that seems like a very small number for the number 3 show in the the u.s.

Its one of the only pure bodybuilding shows left, thats why nobody wants to watch it.

that sucks. only 200 tix sold? wow, this sport is really having trouble getting viewers... for a real bb circuit to work, they need more of the top guys to travel and compete. i know it's hard to work that in with growing and such, but it would be like tennis if everyone only competed once or twice per year. You want to see the big draws at more shows...

The roid and hormone built monsters just don't have the crowd appeal they used to have. The slimmer, fitter, more athletic looking bodies as seen in Muscle Mania shows attract the crowds nowadays.
