opinions on pinning [Archive] - CANADA BODYBUILDING

Just curious what peoples opinions are on pinning,, my calves are pretty small was thinking about pinning there, but im really not sure if pinning in a certain spot will make that area larger, in my own opinion i still have oil flowing through me, so how could this possibly help...

From what I know spot injections don't actually make those muscles larger, unless you're injecting synthol.

Don't inject your calfs. Everyone says it swells up and hurts like hell.

There are a rare few that tolerate calf shots really well, but the majority of people just get taken away with pain. I pinned calves and it wasn't too bad. But when it did get irritating it SUCKED.

Even working a desk job, it was a friggen pain having to get up and mosey about with swollen ass calves.

calves suck for pinning, for me anyways, and spot injection growth works until the swelling goes down lol

delts, glutes, quads, ventro gluteal, thinking about trying lats. I don't like biceps, too many nerves, I'm told calves hurt but with 10 good sites to choose from on my current list I'm not yet that desperate to find out.

Pecs are good. I still feel a little weird stabbing a needle towards my heart though. Jesus! :D

I like biceps though. Mine swell up and turn a little red if I hit a nerve but other than that I tolerate it well. Wouldn't bother with calves again though. Plenty of other places to pin.

1" 22ga, i shoot on the inner half from the nipple or above it, never more than .5cc tho im scared
