Hey guys, my buddy has some sust he was taking and he was about halfway through his third bottle, and when he went to take his shot today he said it looked like it turned to like a soft gel inside the bottle. I didn't see it, but that's how he explained it. Is that what happens when it crashes? How do you fix this? Or can you? Is it still good?

Not a big deal, and happens quite regularly with Testosterone. He can put them under hot water, or toss them in the microwave for 25-30 seconds and the solution will come back to life. Shake it vigorously after either being in hot water, or in the microwave, and it'll be good as gold.
I'll explain how this happens as well, just for your own piece of mind. When a solution is prepared there are certain ratios of Benzyl Alcohol and Benzyl Benzoate that are used to keep the solution sterile, and stable. Too much BA/BB and your solution will NEVER crash, but it will be ridiculously painful, and too little BA/BB and the solution will be smooth as butter, but will likely crash.. The key is to find a good balance between the two. Occasionally, even if the BA/BB content is off by 0.1%, the hormone can fall out of it's solution (or "crash"). It has nothing to do with a lack of consistency in the hormone, or there being a 'flaw' in the product, or anything to that extent.
Gear is made with heat, so it's no issue to put the product back in the microwave. I'm sure you'll read around the internet that you can't put gear in the microwave, etc., but that's a myth that was de-bunked ages ago.

Thanks, I told him that I thought it just needed to be heated up as I was pretty sure I had read that before, I just wanted to get confirmation.
