I think Randy is going to school Vera. Vera has not fought a fighter as versatile as Randy is and also as good of a wrestler. When he beat Frank Mir that was just luck since Mir was all messed up at that time. I want Kang to win since Bispbing is not the best fighter in my opinion. I know he had a draw with Rashad Evens but who is another really good fighter that he faced and beat? The moment he faced a 5 fighter in his division he got knocked out.

Vera at least did some damage...I get "octagon control", but eventually the scoring has to be updated. Most of Couture's control involved no punishment...he just held Vera against the cage...he couldn't take him down, he didn't land much other than some short shots that were few and far between...and he just plain didn't do anything to get the victory.

Randy controlled most of the pace, but Vera did all of the damage...at the least, it should have been a draw.

On the plus side, we get to see GSP lay on top of Hardy for 5 rounds in a few months... :rolleyes: I can't wait for GSP's new found blanket style to rear it's ugly head again. sigh...the guy has such good submission and striking and all he does is lay on guys now...gayyyyyyyy

and that's the problem...vera went into the fight down a point on the scorecards purely because of the aura of randy couture.

i don't know if it's rogan's bag licking or what, but i just can't get excited about randy couture or forrest griffin...hopefully tito stomps a mudhole in both of their asses! because we know tito vs couture is coming again eventually.

Vera took him down.So now you have to knock a guy out that does nothing but clinch,hang on,and throw a few pussy punches for points.
